Word Export format

I'm a new user of DOORS (8.2).
After having imported a doc file into DOORS, I would like to export it to WORD.
I managed to do it (in table format) but I would like to get one table per specification.
Actually even the paragraph titles look like specification.
Do I have to add a column in DOORS ?

It is hard to determine what your question is.

If you exported the Standard View to Word as Table format, you would have gotten a 2-column Word table. The first column would have been ID (Obejct Identifier), and the second coulmn would have been the "Main" column. The Main column consists of Object Heading and Object Text. Go into DOORS and insert the Object Heading and Object Text columns into the Standard View and you will see what the Main column is.

Exporting to Word is another issue. The Word document view is dependent on the defined styles in Word. Heading 1 through Heading 9 and Normal text map DOORS headings and text to Word headings and text.
